St. Peter Christmas Concert

Jack and Maddie both performed in the Christmas concert at school this year.  The pre-schoolers were darling and Jack's class wasn't bad either.  Maddie and Jack both are performers.  They both sang their little hearts out.  Most boys Jack's age do NOT like these concerts and their moms have to make them go.  Even as much as Jack LOVES tennis, he chose to go to his Christmas concert over tennis practice.....I was surprised.

This picture just CRACKS me up......so much about it, every time I look at it, I find something else funny about it!

Puzzle Time

Mike and Maddie have been doing LOTS of puzzles lately.  She is now up to 150 piece puzzles and loving the challenge.  The other night they started a new one that was a circle and much more challenging.  She didn't quite get it finished that night, so the next morning she finished it and wanted me to take her picture with it and send it to Dad at work....so we did!

Harper's Bday Party

Maddie was so so excited for her friend Harper's birthday party!  She's becoming quite the social bug....always wanting playdates, always wanting a friend to do EVERYTHING with.....wanting sleepovers all the time (ummm, do you remember you are 4, not 14?!?!).

So she was extremely excited when she found out she had a birthday party on her social calendar.

Advent Calendar: Hot Chocolate and Game Night

The Advent Calendar delivered hot chocolate with sprinkles and marshmallows, with a game night!  The kids loved it and Maddie learned a new card game: WAR!......yuck, I hate that one, but she loved it and got a big kick out of winning a "war."
