Total Solar Eclipse

OK......I'll admit.  I was annoyed with all the hype leading up to the eclipse and I wasn't at all interested.....until about the day before.  Then I started getting in a panic on where I was going to find glasses that were safety approved.  Everywhere was sold out.  Lucky for us, the school had some for everyone on back-to-school Sunday.

Grandma Jeanne came over and we watched the eclipse from our back deck.  All the hype was worth it, it was actually a pretty cool, and eerie thing to experience.

Later in the day I got a picture from one of Mike's colleagues of them watching it from atop the hospital, I guess??

During the full eclipse.......and then it started getting light again....
