Last Saturday Mike off work (I know, write it down....it doesn't happen often). Lucky enough, on Mike's day off there was LOTS of snow on the ground. So we loaded up the car with sleds, snow pants, gloves, and boots and went to Grandma Jeanne and Mark's house. They have a pretty good sledding hill, plus a warm house right beside it for when the first one wants to come in (always Jack!).
Went as expected....Jack had fun and lasted about 15 minutes, and Peyton had FUN and lasted a bit longer. All and all I think they had a great time. And we hit Grandma's at the right time. She had just made homemade cornbread AND banana bread. DELICIOUS!!!
