Kirkwood Thunder

Jack's little baseball team had such a fun summer!  These little 8 year olds truly know how to play baseball.  They always know how many outs there are, they not only know where the lead runner is, they often get the lead runner out, always in-tune to the score, and every single one of them can hit the ball.  I never thought I'd enjoy 8 year-old baseball as much as I did.  They were super fun to watch!!!  We will watch them take action again for fall ball...big kid baseball.  No more pitching machine.

Speaking of knowing what they are doing, this is Jack tagging up and taking off on third base when the outfielder caught a fly ball.
