DESTIN!!

Last week we took our first family trip since adding the third child to the family.  We headed to Lambert and got on an airplane.  We went to Destin to watch Mike’s uncle Scott say “I DO”.  It was a great trip!  The kids had a lot of fun and were able to spend a lot of time with distant cousins!  Lots of good family time and lots of good memories made!!

We did nothing except got to the beach and pool every day ALL day!  We managed to get in the car and take the big kids to a pirate cruise, which they had a blast.  Grandma Jeanne kept Maddie and let her nap, which was a HUGE help.  Other than the pirate cruise and the actual wedding, we never left the house, pool, or beach.  We were beach bums!!!  The big kids loved the beach and Maddie didn’t care for it at all.  She didn’t like the sand.  However, she did take some good naps on the beach!!

This was our second time at Destin, and I’d say we will probably have a third at some point…….
