Jack had a weekend off from baseball, so he got in a little tennis. He had just gotten a new racket, and he was so excited about it. It was heavier which was allowing him to hit the ball harder. We literally picked the new racket up on our way to his tournament. He was playing great, like probably the best we had ever seen him play, and then towards the end of the match before the championship, he popped a string! He's never done that before!! He always has two of the same racket in his bag, for this reason, but he's never needed it. We only had one of his new racket so far, and it would have been the first time we needed it!!! FIGURES!! So he had to go back to his old racket, which he was not happy about. He did fine, and ended up winning the tournament. It was fun to see him back in action on the tennis court.
